As with SF-5420 and CZ-8500, it is a weakly alkaline type microetching agent which can only etch copper film without dissolving co-existing nickel or soldering. Either non-roughening type SF-5420 or roughening type CZ-8500 can be used selectively according to customers'requirements.

MEC REMOVERNH-1860 Series

It is a selective etching solution to treat a multi-metal surface panel (copper & nickel). Selective etching is performed on nickel only without damaging copper surface.
