It is a selective etching solution to treat a multi-metal surface panel (Copper & Nickel). Selective etching is performed on nickel only without damaging copper surface.

It is a selective etching solution to treat a multi-metal surface panel (Tin-lead & Nickel). Selective etching is performed on nickel only without damaging solder.

MEC NICKEL ROUGHENERNR-1870

It is an etching solution to produce unique nickel topography having superior anchor effect. A chemical etching is performed on nickel surface. It can be used as a pretreatment agent for dry film lamination on nickel surface.

Aluminum

MEC ALMATAR-1200

It is an etching solution to produce roughened aluminum surface having superior anchor effect. Unique topography helps to enhance adhesion of copper to resins.

MEC ALBRITEAS-1250

It is an alkaline type etching solution to form a flat aluminum surface. Burr or overhang on aluminum surface can be removed effectively.

Deactivator of Palladium Catalyst Residue

In subtractive process, it can inhibit an activity of palladium catalyst adhering to area like tooling holes where electroless plating is not necessary, and consequently it prevents deposition of electroless plating thereon.
