Customer response

The Business division and quality assurance division are in charge of customer response. We have built up a database of customer informations to easily refer to past cases.

System for ensuring product safety

We carefully develop our products using such preventive methods such as avoiding as the use of highly toxic or dangerous materials as much possible from the design phase. To enable customers to use our products without danger, we offer necessary product information following related rules on labels and safety data sheets (SDSs). Additionally, we give detailed explanations in technical data and other materials.

Response to conflict minerals

Because minerals illegally mined in some conflict areas in Africa (specifically, tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and nearby countries) are providing sources of funds for armed groups and other people, the international community avoids using minerals produced in these conflict areas. We also aim to avoid these conflict minerals by giving the minerals in question traceability checks

CSR procurement

To contribute to the realization of a sustainable society, we ask our business partners to promote corporate Social responsibility (CSR) following the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Code of Conduct.

ISO certification

All our business facilities in Japan and overseas subsidiaries have already been granted ISO 9001 certification concerning product quality management systems and ISO 14001 certification concerning environmental management systems.
