MECetchBOND CZ series
The CZ series is one of our products utilizing adhesion enhancement technology and is our flagship product, accounting for approximately 60% of our chemical sales. This series is widely adopted by package substrate manufacturers worldwide as a copper surface treatment agent for semiconductor package substrates. By slightly dissolving and roughening the copper surface, it creates a unique uneven texture that enhances adhesion between copper and resin, contributing to improved reliability of package substrates.

The circuit board is repeatedly heated and cooled by the heat generated by semiconductors, so if the adhesion between the copper and resin is weak, the board will peel off. Our CZ series products prevent this from happening.
